Terms of Sale and Use

These Terms of Sale and Use (“Terms”) govern your use of sale.fivetoclose.cloud and your purchase of the Labor Day Make Money Online Bundle (the “Bundle”) from FiveToClose (“FiveToClose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
What the Bundle is
The Bundle is a one-time digital purchase containing PDF playbooks, guides, prompts, checklists, and related educational material. It is not a membership, subscription, employment offer, franchise, investment, or promise of business opportunity results.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase where you live. You agree to provide accurate information needed for checkout and support, and to keep order and download information reasonably secure.
Price and payment
The price displayed for the current offer is $97.00 as a one-time charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Taxes, if applicable, may be calculated and collected during checkout.
Delivery and access
After Stripe confirms payment, the Site provides a secure link to download the Bundle ZIP. Delivery depends on a valid paid checkout session. Do not share the download link or files publicly. If delivery fails, contact support@fivetoclose.cloud with the email used at checkout and your order details.
Refunds and digital products
Because the Bundle is a digital product delivered after purchase, review the sales page and checkout terms before paying. If you have a delivery problem or believe a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, contact support@fivetoclose.cloud promptly so we can review the order. Nothing here limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law requires.
Personal license
After a valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Bundle for your personal education and business implementation. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, share, or use the files to create a competing product or membership without written permission.
Educational material; no earnings guarantee
The Bundle discusses Make Money Online ideas, offers, products, traffic, marketing, and related topics. It does not guarantee income, sales, customers, profit, traffic, conversion rates, or any particular result. References to possible value or pricing are illustrative, not a representation of typical earnings or a promise that you will recover your purchase price.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Site or Bundle to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware or fraud, make deceptive advertising claims, infringe intellectual property, interfere with the Site, bypass security, or misrepresent FiveToClose materials as your own.
Intellectual property
FiveToClose and its licensors retain rights in the Site, Bundle, text, design, branding, and original materials except for rights you independently own. These Terms grant a license only; they do not transfer ownership.
Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third parties such as Stripe, Aweber, hosting providers, analytics providers, and attribution services. Their availability, policies, fees, and functionality may change. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of the Bundle. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Bundle are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveToClose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Site or Bundle. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Bundle will not exceed the amount you paid for it, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
